A life changing experiece!

Each week you will be given a tool you can include in your daily routine, by the time you are done with the program your tool box will be filled with life line tools you can pick and choose from based on what is going on in your life….

This is not a regular Yoga class, you don’t have to ”be good” at Yoga, just show up with a curious and open mind. We will  be working on bringing you to the  optimal place for your body to be to alliviate tension, and break through to  your own creative power.
We will Practice Yoga, discuss, ponder, meditate, laugh, move, write, and introduce how you can maintain the ”yoga feeling” away from the Yoga mat and into your life.

Remember, the program is only a kickstart for you to get you started, now you have an opportunity to manifest, practice and make the shifts you want.

More then anything, you are not alone, you now have a support system to fall back on.

This Program will help you see what IS and what ISN’T working in your daily routine and give you insight how to be brave and fearless to go after what you want. Nutrition awareness, understanding your relationship to food and creating a healthy eating pattern that works for your body.
